Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt, including photo evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
